What is the processing and shipping time for Nixon custom watches?
It takes about 5-10 business days for us to create a custom watch. All custom watches are hand built to order by our team in Carlsbad, CA and will ship UPS Ground. No PO boxes for custom watch orders and shipping cannot be expedited on these orders. Once the custom watch has been built and packaged, it’s ready to be shipped. At that point, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. NOTE: during promotions or holiday time of year, processing time may increase due to an influx of orders.
