Need it by the holiday? We got you covered. Find out everything you need to know about our Holiday Shipping Schedule for arrival by December 24, 2024. Even last-minute shoppers will get it shipped and under the tree if ordered by our order cut-off dates. Due to extreme weather and postal strike, orders may be delayed, please place your orders as soon as possible.
Orders placed after the specified dates and times below cannot be guaranteed for holiday arrival. Since your custom designs are one-of-a-kind builds that ship from Carlsbad, California, please note those order cut-off dates as well.
STANDARD SHIPPING CUT-OFF: December 13th, 2024 – Order by 7am PST
EXPRESS SHIPPING CUT-OFF: December 18th, 2024 – Order by 7am PST
CUSTOM WATCH CUT-OFF: December 9th, 2024 – Order by 7am PST
Nixon ships almost anywhere in Canada. Orders confirmed Monday to Friday will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day and ship within 1 to 3 business days.
All orders are shipped via Purolator. Track Your Order any time by entering your order number, email, & postal code.
Custom Watch Processing Time:
It takes about 5 to 10 business days to customize your watch. All custom watches are hand built to order by our team in Carlsbad, CA and will ship UPS Ground. No PO boxes for custom watch orders and shipping cannot be expedited on these orders. As soon as it’s ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It's worth the wait! No returns or exchanges on Custom watches.
